| Competitions |
- EMC Squads will attend 4
to 5 competitions this season.
- EMC Tiny Tots will attend
2 to 3 competitions.
- It is mandatory for every
EMC team member to attend all scheduled
competitions.
- Each member will be given
a competition schedule at the end of the summer,
therefore you will have plenty of time to plan for
the competitions.
- If you have any conflict
with a competition schedule we ask you notify us
within two weeks of receiving your schedule.
- Competitions will vary in
length. Some will be one day competitions and some
will be two day competitions.
- Below is a list of
possible competitions we will attend.
Mississippi Blues
Classic - Jackson Ms, November 21st
Mardi Gras Spirit Event - New Orleans, La December
4th or 5th
Deep South Nationals - Jackson, Ms January 8th & 9th
Jamfest Nationals - Mobile, Al February 12th & 13th
Crimson Classic - Birmingham, Al March 5th
Beach Jam - Biloxi, Ms March 19th
Gulf Coast All-Star Championship - Panama City
Beach, Fl Mid April

| Uniforms |
- Every EMC squad member is
required to purchase a new uniform this season.
- Uniforms will be ordered
this summer. We will have uniform fittings within
the first two weeks of summer classes.
- Uniforms will be
a minimum of $250.00 and will consist of the
following:
Uniform Top
Uniform Skirt
Bloomers
Shoes
Hair Bow
Make-Up

- The following will be
optional EMC items available for purchase:

| Uniform and Competition
Payments |
- Every EMC squad member is
required to make both a $100.00 uniform and $100.00
competition down payment.
- The uniform down payment
will be due by the 1st week of July.
- Competition down payment
will be due by Fall Registration.
- We will offer the
following fundraisers to help with uniform and
competition payments;

Our third fundraiser will be decided upon this fall.
- Every time we have a
fundraiser , I will give you an updated payment plan
with your fundraiser credit applied.
- No fundraiser is
mandatory. We only have fundraisers to help you.
- At the end of summer we
will have all EMC squad member a total uniform and
competition cost for the 2010-2011 season.
- Total cost will be divided
into 3 payments:
1st payment due by
September 10, 2010
2nd payment due by October 10, 2010
3rd payment due by November 10, 2010

| Practices |
- EMC Level 1 squads will
practice for 2hrs once a week. Tumbling will be
included in your practice time.
- Level 1 teams will have 1
Friday practice per month.
- EMC Tiny Tots will
practice 1.5 hrs once a week.
- EMC Level 2 and 3 squads
will practice twice a week. One practice will
last 2hrs, which will include 1hr joined with a tumbling
class, and the second practice will be a normal 1.5
hr practice. This format will allow all of our squad
members to take tumbling year round without the
extra costs.
- Practices are VERY
important! It is VERY
important squad members attend practice. We believe
100% in the saying "Practice makes Perfect."
- All practices within two
weeks of a competition are MANDATORY
for all EMC squad members.
- Any extra practices
scheduled prior to a competition are
MANDATORY.

| Tuition Costs and Payments |
- All EMC tuition payments
are due by the 10th of each month. After the 10th
there will be a $5.00 late fee added to your tuition.
- EMC Tiny Tots
Summer tuition: $80.00 (This is
for the entire summer)
Fall Tuition:: $55.00/mo
- EMC Level 1 Teams
Summer tuition: $125.00 (This is
for the entire summer)
Fall tuition: $65.00/mo
- EMC Level 2 and 3 Teams
Summer tuition: $125.00 (This is
for entire summer)
Fall tuition: $80.00/mo
- Students NOT
currently enrolled in EMC
classes of any kind will have to pay a $35.00
registration fee for summer classes.
